Welcome to St John's Stoke! We are delighted that you are here and we would love to personally welcome you to the church family for a Sunday Service or one of our vibrant midweek activities.

We are a vibrant Evangelical church in the Church of England, where the word and Spirit are at the heart of who we are as a church. We seek God through prayer, his word and in deep times of worship. Children, youth and students are at the heart of our life together as a church family and we offer children, youth and student groups (Italia Conti) throughout the week.

Sundays

at SJS - Services, Children and Youth Groups

Sunday is the main day of the week for us, and we just love to gather together as church family.

9am Morning Service

This is an informal service, though quieter and more structured than our later morning service, with Holy Communion twice a month. Refreshments are served after this service.

10:30am Morning Worship

with children and youth groups led by Janet, our Children's Pastor and Lucy, our Youth Worker, this is the service many of our families with children attend. Informal, with band led worship for adults and children, this is a fun and energetic service with monthly Holy Communion. Come from 10am for refreshments!

5pm DEEP Evening Worship

This is our youth and adult service. It's an informal service with contemporary worship and an engaging talk followed by coffee for everyone and LED for the youth.
