New Rotas The new quarterly rota has been published & comes in to action on September 5th. Please make sure you pick up your copy from church asap. Friends International 25th Anniversary Celebration Saturday October 23rd at The Millmead Centre at 7.30pm - a celebration of the charity that has been embracing the Biblical concept of hospitatlity & service to guests from all around the world. Barn Dance & Auction of Promises Friday 24th September 7.30pm Alpha Course Two new 10 week courses, to help people explore the basics of Christianity & the meaing of life, are starting in September. Bible a Month Club- August A spiritual Revival is sweeping Vietnam, with new believers flocking to churches and others, who held onto their faith during years of oppression, praising God for this new freedom to worship. Bible translations are in progress for two people groups in Vietnam’s highlands, opening up God’s written word for a whole new generation of Christians. There is a severe shortage of Bibles throughout Vietnam, pray for the necessary funds, as well as for the teams working to produce more Bibles.
The Marriage Course is a series of eight sessions designed to help any married couple strengthen their relationship. It's a great opportunity to spend time together as a couple looking at the important issues in your marriage. The Marriage Course is very practical and will help equip you with the tools needed to build a healthy marriage that lasts a lifetime. There is then time to discuss your relationship in private.
